You know your appliances are smart if your washing machine can talk to your dryer.
Home washers and dryers now use "smart" technologies to detect and share information about each laundry load. Washers can automatically determine load sizes and deliver the correct amount of water at the right temperature based on user input. Once the options are selected, the washer communicates the information electronically to the dryer, so users only enter load information once.
Smart technologies enable automatic dispensers to release detergent, fabric softener, additives and bleach at just the right time and in just the right amounts for each load. Pre-programmed stain settings can optimize wash cycles to tackle stains by type, fabric and garment color.

Harmony's exclusive Stain Inspector™ system offers more than 65 pre-programmed stain treatment settings using algorithms developed using CCRC research.
